Gabriela earned her law degree from Capital University Law School and her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University. While in law school, she externed in the Capital Habeas Unit in the office of the Federal Public Defender for the Southern District of Ohio and served as legal extern to Justice Jennifer Brunner on the Supreme Court of Ohio. Throughout law school she also worked as a Staff Member and Articles Editor for the Capital University Law Review and her student Note on tribal law was published in the Review. During her 2L year she combined her love of learning and traveling when she studied corporate law abroad at the University of Oxford in England.
She lives in Blacklick with her husband, two kids, dogs, cat, mini horse, and mini cow.
