Dave Wenger Presented with MHA Volunteer of the Year Award

We are proud to announce that Mental Health of America of Licking County (MHA) recognized Mr. Dave Wenger as their 2019 Volunteer of the Year.  Mr. Wenger is a longtime board member for the organization, serving as a past board president in 2015.  When presenting the award, Penny Sitler, Executive Director of MHA, thanked Mr. Wenger for his legal mind and leadership skills.  She went on to say that she can always count on him to review contracts or come up with a plan for difficult situations when working to help those who benefit from MHA services.

MHA offers a helping hand of hope and support to those facing mental health issues. Their mission is to promote and continually reinforce mental health and wellness through education, prevention and advocacy, and eliminate the stigma of mental health issues in our community.  In the past year, MHA served more than 13,000 people throughout Licking County with programming designed to help them live their lives well.

We thank Mr. Wenger and MHA for all of their continued work in the Licking County community.
